In a nutshell, what will our church get from LearnLeadLAUNCH?

You will end up with a core team of leaders who have a new vision of what your church can become along with new information and new leadership skills to start bringing that vision to fruition successfully.

How much time will this take?

The pastor and leaders will participate in four monthly workshops that will take six hours each, including lunch. We’re packing a lot of material into these sessions because we want to be respectful of your time. Besides the 24 hours of sessions, we’ll share some articles for reading between sessions and you’ll participate in a couple of homework assignments. The fifth workshop for pastors will last about 2 hours.

The question isn’t really how much time LearnLeadLAUNCH will take—the question is how much time your leaders now spend spinning their wheels trying to maintain the status quo. One goal of LearnLeadLAUNCH is to show how churches can simplify and move away from busyness.

What makes this different from other programs?

Four things. First, LearnLeadLAUNCH creates a partnership between the pastor and key leaders. Second, it equips the leaders with the knowledge of what it takes to bring new vitality. Third, LearnLeadLAUNCH will show your proven ways to implement change and vitality in an established congregational setting. And last, you will benefit from support and relationships with the pastors and leaders of similarly-situated churches.

Why is the synod charging $500?

First, it takes a lot of time and effort to do a terrific job with something like this. The $500 fees will actually cover about one-third of the total cost. Second, we want each church to have skin in the game—we want participating churches that are invested and committed.

What will we get from LearnLeadLAUNCH besides the workshop sessions?
